This song is probably the most heartening song I’ve ever heard when it comes to LGBT rights. Especially coming from the hip hop scene where pro-LGBT voices have never had much of a home, its nice to see some intelligent and sincere support in the form of a well made song. Some people may not be affected by waving signs or T-shirt slogans, but its important to remember that music speaks. This is a great song to not only empower those who already support equality, but also appeal to those who would typically never consider what equality really means.
America, the brave, still fears what we don’t know.
